Bio

Dr. Winnie Nkhoma served in pastoral care and counseling where she served patients, families, and medical staff in individual, family and group contexts facilitating behavioral health groups; conducting spiritual, cognitive, and emotional assessments; and developing and implementing pastoral care plans for successful engagement in cardiac intensive care, transplant, neonatal intensive care (NICU) and general medicine units. She also taught communication and family and youth studies courses at the collegiate and graduate levels. In addition she was a training officer in crop production in Malawi. She and her family live in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
