For fourteen years Dr. Scott Tey has served in pastoral ministry on a large church staff where he facilitated migrant outreach programs, supervised associate pastors and staff leading education, young adult, pastoral care, and older adult ministry programs. He led partnerships with transnational church organizations, non-profit resource organizations, and for-profit business organizations for outreach and church planting among a variety of cultural groups on multiple continents. Previously he served as a financial advisor and engineer in Singapore. Dr. Tey and his family reside in Singapore.
