The LMS Production Unit is available to guide faculty with the actual building of the course in the learning management software during the 3rd Phase of Course Development, providing recommendations on the best tools and activities that would meet the objectives in terms of knowledge transfer, engagement, interactivity, and assessment, as well as which levels of Bloom's Taxonomy the selected building tools would operate under.

This Phase tends to go hand-in-hand with the Content Development Phase because sometimes the availability of a heretofore unknown activity or tool can drive the design of a lesson or learning activity. So both Units collaborate closely on these development steps.
