The User Experience and Web Services Unit provides information to improve library patron’s experiences with library services and web interfaces. The aim of the User Experience and Web Services Department is to use research and design to improve the experience of faculty, students, and staff of Missional University.

We help users to understand and navigate the Missional University’s Library. The Library staff uses research to obtain the often-hidden needs that our users sometimes fail to disclose, are unwilling to disclose, or find difficult to articulate. Our research helps us to understand the frustrations and expectations of the faculty, staff, and students at Missional University.

The library staff creates and manages web projects and web applications for faculty, staff, and students. Further, the library staff works to improve the accessibility, responsiveness, and usability of the library’s web-based services.
