Sometimes the veteran and military health care systems can appear overwhelming. This course will examine the mission, structure, and processes of these health care systems.
Students must be aware that having access to and navigating the hosptials, cliniics, and family support systems often are different from civilian counterparts and can be a great resource for military members and their families. The course will provide students with a basic overview of the military healthcare systems.
