Investigates Christian ethics and the missional character of God, focusing on the mission of God as seen in Scripture. The application of cross-cultural ethics will be explored and analyzed.
Christian ethics are grounded in the missional character of God. Students who minister or seek to minister in a variety of missional settings will be able to identify and apply Biblical ethics to their setting, especially in complex cross-cultural situations.
Christian ethics is a common course offered in Bible Schools and Christian Universities. This course will be unique in that it is undergirded by the missional core of Scripture and focused on the missional endeavors of the student.
The course is grounded in the ethics of Scripture: the character and actions of God.
Ethics are not seen as merely individual behavior, but also as a testimony to the character of God and as a means of his redemptive mission.

How moral theology applied missionally in a transcultural manner will be addressed.
