Based on the Scripture, this course will amplify and provide a theological case how to overcome polarization, encourage renovation and innovation, free election and shared decision-making.

Students will recognize that there is no culture or society free from conflict. However, conflict manifests itself in different ways in different culture. The methods of mediation also need to be contextual.

Skill of reconciliation and mediation is on demand wherever group of people are working or living together. Practically, student of any professional background, whether they work in business, hospital, army, or religious context, will find the course applicable.

Discussion and field assignment will give students firsthand experience about the art reconciliation and the role of a mediator while they are completing the course work.
