This course helps students understand how to effectively analyze and manage data for actionable success. Students understand how to collect data about quantifiable metrics that relate to their organizations performance strategy and learn how to utilize this data to strengthen the impact of their organization and its decision making. This course enhances leader’s ability to optimize and maximize the social impact of their organizations by harnessing their data to make better decisions. Leaders utilize the results of their data analytics to assess and measure only the metrics that are relevant to their mission.
