He has 28 years’ experience in pastoral work, and social and theological ethics advocacy. His interest includes the teaching, researching and consulting in areas such as those of the role of faith and ethics in anti-corruption, responsible citizenship, theology of human rights and good governance, gender equality and women’s and children’s rights, reconciliation, higher education, peace building and conflict resolution, theology of organisational and leadership development, and value-based and valued generating models of theological engagement. He has served as the agency head for the Department of Corruption Studies at the Institute of Development Studies; as agency director of research, innovation and consultancy, and as an associate dean in a school of theology and religious studies.
